Sile Marathon 2025

Sunday, September 28, 2025 – Start at 8:30 AM from Casier (Treviso – Italy)

One of the most anticipated sports events open to everyone is back: the Sile Marathon 2025!
On Sunday, September 28, starting at 8:30 AM, we will depart from the port of Casier (Treviso) and paddle through a nature-filled route to reach Quarto d’Altino (Venice).

Along the natural course of the Sile River, the route will pass through Cendon, Lughignano, Sant’Elena, and Casale sul Sile.

The course includes several refreshment stops, and for less experienced participants, the marathon can be concluded at Sant’Elena (7 km / 4.35 mi) or Casale sul Sile (10 km / 6.21 mi).

Once the event concludes, around 12:30 PM, a shuttle service will bring participants back to the starting point in Casier.

The event is organized according to the official regulations of the Italian Canoe and Kayak Federation and will be supervised by Federal Technical Instructors from Canoa Club Sile ASD.

Schedule

8:30 AM: departure from the Casier Port – MAP
10:00 – 10:30 AM: estimated arrival for those stopping at Sant’Elena – MAP
11:00 – 11:30 AM: estimated arrival for those stopping at Casale sul Sile – MAP
12:00 – 12:30 PM: estimated arrival in Quarto d’Altino – MAP

Regardless of the final stop you choose, a shuttle service will take you back to the starting point at Casier Port, where lunch will be offered to all participants at 1:00 PM thanks to the collaboration of the Pro Loco of Casier-Dosson!

Registrations open starting April 30 by sending an email to scarpacanoa@gmail.com or by using the contact form below.

WHEN REGISTERING, PLEASE INDICATE YOUR CHOSEN FINAL STOP (Sant’Elena, Casale sul Sile, or Quarto d’Altino).

The fee is €30 per person and includes insurance coverage, assistance from Federal Technical Instructors, refreshment service along the route, and lunch in Casier..

If you do not have a boat, you can rent one at a cost of €15 per person.
